very enjoyable

room was clean and spacious, nice towels and bedding. soaps were good too. would go back.

- window didn't quite face outside. faced a common area - the road to get there is horrible, very very very bumpy, better to use someone else's car - didn't have AC one of the two nights due to a storm knocking out electricity

Great value on the beach

Beautiful new facility on the beach with infinity pool. Has about 20 clean and spacious modern rooms with big travertine bathrooms. The staff is welcoming, cheerful, friendly and speaks English. This is in a gated beach earea north of Tulum on a strip with private houses and some other hotels. Cenote with scuba facility a short walk away. Breakfast and parking included. Great value as we were there in the shoulder season - early June. We explored the Tulum Maya Ruins, the town of Tulum and the tourist Hotelera Zone of beach clubs, shops and resorts a few miles south as well as the Nature Biosphere further south by rented car (I recommend EasyWay}.

Don't expect to be able to swim in the ocean when the waves are up as (and this is true all along the coast) there are many rocks and boulders just under the surface. You'll need transportation (there are always plenty of taxis) or book a tour to go shopping or to go anywhere.

Excellent place for a few days relaxing in the sun.

The beachfront location was amazing. The room was lovely, clean and spacious , the sea view was priceless. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. They make an excellent Margarita (obvs not for breakfast )

Some of the sun beds and umbrellas were a little tired.

Wonderful

The ocean views were amazing and there was a breeze every day which made the heat feel not so bad. The staff were exceptional and super helpful.

The location really requires you to have a rental car since it is far away from most tourist things to do and the ocean is full of rocks so you need water shoes to go in.

The customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and professional.

Nice hotel not for friends

The hotel is very nice and it has a splendid beach where you can use their can kayak and snorkeling kit for free. The breakfast was awesome, but they had two men responsible for breakfast, one was very generous and friendly, the other was a bit harsh. I went with my friend and realized it's a couple oriented hotel, so if you're going with friends and looking for activities to do then this is not your hotel or your area. The room is very big and also is the bathroom.

The hot water took a long time to get hot and the pressure wasn't strong at all, but then we realized that it's something general in Mexico. The thing that really bothered me the most is that they have a coffee machine in the bedroom, with glasses, creamer, and sugar, but no coffee capsules, when we told them about it, they said that they ran out of capsules and whenever we wanted coffee we can go down and get a cup of coffee at their bar/restaurant. We did this only once, we took two cups of coffees only one day, and on the day of checkout, they wanted to charge us for it, and it was the equivalent of 14 euros, which was too much for two cups of filtered coffee. I refused to pay and it took me too long to convince them that I am not paying. we checked out and after going back to my country, I saw that they took around 20 euros from my bank account and I don't know why.

Just what I needed! Rest, relaxation, sand, sun, and beach!

The beach was great! Not perfect for swimming but to look at gorgeous. The room was large with all the amenities I need which include a coffee maker and a bathrobe. I loved the special touch of the soaps and shampoos too!

I must admit it is quite far from Tulum. But, there are plenty of restaurants near by if you are staying just a few nights. If you are staying for more than a couple of days, a car would really be helpful. Taxis are very expensive in Tulum. More than $100 USD to get from Tulum airport to the hotel.

Comfy beds, location, quiet, pelicanos. Kayaks and SUPs. Amazing sea view apartment. Kind staff.

The beach was quite and relaxing, they had kayaks and snorkeling equipment for no extra cost, all the staff was nice and helpful

Relax - and treat yourself well here!

The staff were friendly, charming, and very helpful at all times. This made the stay something special, and the place itself is already superb. The beach was a bit rocky, but then many beaches are, so this is not really a problem. The hotel was deliciously quiet - just the sound of the gentle surf at night - and there were several very good restaurants to choose from at a couple of nearby hotels just a short walk away. The gorgeous fresh water pool was wonderful, too. The local Cenote looked lovely as well - and divers were there every day too, enjoying the crystal waters. Pretty close to paradise, I'd say.

It was all just about perfect. The rocks in the ocean could be a bit awkward.

Beautiful hotel

Free use of kayaks and snorkel equipment was great, also the car we could hire from them was very helpful. The rooms were big and beautiful.

They only had one of our two reserved rooms when we arrived so one of our group had to stay elsewhere (although that hotel was also nice and we were complimented with entry for some of us to a cenote).

Lovely beachfront hideaway with great food and beautiful hotel 20 minutes North of Tulum,

This was a great hotel. We arrived very late and the restaurant accommodated our dinner and it was SOOO good. I highly recommend the Fish and shrimp in white wine sauce! Amazing. The hotel was very clean and our room and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The buyer is amazing and the toiletries are so unique and everything you need is provided. The location is very quiet and serene as is the hotel so if you are looking for places to wander too with some action, this is not for you. If you want to relax and enjoy a quiet, serene vacation, this is definately the place. Beautiful beach and pier! Highly recommended!

Good option close to Tulum

The staff was very friendly. The room has a very nice view and was big. The breakfast a la carte was included. The food was very tasty. Private beach and possibility to do snorkel and paddle /kayak. Parking place.

The beach had big stones. Sometimes where ants in the room. The bathtub was in not good conditions some dirt came out when turning on.
